Q1: What kind of latex balloons do you use? Are they biodegradable?

The latex balloons that we use are Qualatex and Sempetex, both are reputable balloon provider in the world. And YES, they are biodegradable. They are manufactured from the sap of the rubber tree, best known as LATEX.


Q2: Can I change any items in the party box?

Unfortunately, the party box is sold as one unit.  Every single item in the party box is carefully selected to create a beautiful mixed and match decoration package for each theme.  


Q3: Can I purchase party package for more than 8 people?

Yes, our product variance is designed to allow you to purchase for more guests.  Each Whole Party Package or Tableware/Centerpiece package is designed for 8pp, you can do the following selection combination:

  • 16 pp

1 x Whole Party Box 8pp + 1 x Table and Centerpiece package 8pp

  • 24 pp

1 x Whole Party Box 8pp + 2 x Table and Centerpiece package 8pp

  • 32 pp

1 x whole party box 8pp + 3 x Table and Centerpiece package 8pp

And so on….


Q4: Is pricing include GST already?

Yes, all prices on the website is GST included.


Q5: Will you add more theme party box?

Yes, we will try to add more fun party box in the future.

Q1: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, once payment is processed, order will be considered as finalized. Return wont’ be accepted if you change your mind. However, if there’s any product quality/quantity problem, please contact our customer service at info@mypartybox.co.nz to sort out these problems. Q2: How do I know my order is confirmed?

An order confirmation email will be sent to you after payment is accepted.




Q1.When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be sent out within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed. If there’s any stocks is missing, our customer service will contact you within 1-2 working days to discuss further solution.


Q2: How long does shipping take?

Please check the link here for the delivery time frame. If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time, we will do our best to comply. But no time given is to be treated as contractual. So we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.


Q3: Do you provide assembling service for balloon garland?

Yes, we provide balloon garland assembling service for Auckland Customer on extra charge.TThe charge is $160 inc GST per garland pick up from Flat Bush, Auckland or $200 inc GST delivery in Auckland Central area. Please contact info@mypartybox.co.nz for availability. 


International Order:

Q1: Do you send order to other country?

Yes, we can send out order to oversee. Please contact our customer service info@mypartybox.co.nz for international freight cost and custom fee before you place order online. Please note that international order is non-refundable. Any incurred custom fee or tax must be paid by customer.


Q2: Will you still charge NZ Goods & Service Tax (GST) on international order?

No, 15% of GST will be deducted when you process check out.
