Currently, our plinths are offered in standard designs and sizes like 90 x 37 cm, 75 x 33 cm, 60 x 29 cm, 55 x 25 cm, 50 x 21 cm. Customisation options are not available. However, you can select from a variety of styles and finishes to match your event’s theme and decor. If you have specific requirements, feel free to reach out to us to discuss possible solutions.

What is the cancellation policy for rentals?

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your date at check out. With 7 days notice, you can change your booking date to a future available date within 12 months of the original event date. Remaining 50% of your order will need to be paid by credit card when you pick up your order. If you wish to pay for the remaining order by bank transfer, you will need to clear your payment 3 days before you pick up your order.

We recommend booking your plinth rentals as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Ideally, aim to make your reservation at least 2-4 weeks in advance of your event date. This will give you ample time to secure your preferred sizes and styles.
