      Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for all our floral arrangements. Our team will ensure your flowers are delivered fresh and set up beautifully at your event venue.

      How far in advance should I book my floral hire?

      To ensure availability, we recommend booking your floral hire at least 4-6 weeks in advance. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

      Can I pick up the floral arrangements myself?

      Yes, you can choose to pick up the floral arrangements yourself from our location. Please coordinate with us to arrange a suitable pickup time.

      What is your cancellation policy for floral rentals?

      A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your date at check out. With 7 days notice, you can change your booking date to a future available date within 12 months of the original event date. Remaining 50% of your order will need to be paid by credit card when you pick up your order. If you wish to pay for the remaining order by bank transfer, you will need to clear your payment 3 days before you pick up your order.

      We recommend booking your plinth rentals as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Ideally, aim to make your reservation at least 2-4 weeks in advance of your event date. This will give you ample time to secure your preferred sizes and styles.
