We charge per-region shipping rates: Auckland (next working day) $7.50, Auckland rural (2–3 working days) $12.50, North Island outside Auckland (next working day) $8.50, South Island (2–3 working days) $8.50, and rural South Island (3–5 working days) $12.50.

Our standard service for Auckland is next working day delivery. We don’t list a routine same-day delivery option on the site, but if you have an urgent event, please contact us and we’ll check availability and do our best to help. We don’t currently list helium tanks for sale on the site. We do offer balloon garland assembly and delivery services (with pick-up or Auckland delivery fees shown on the product/FAQ pages), so if you need helium or a tank solution for your event, please contact us and we’ll discuss options or recommend local suppliers.
For kids, we usually recommend colourful themed foil shapes and licensed character balloons, plus number or letter balloons for age/name displays; they pack a visual punch and photograph well. The site doesn’t have a dedicated disposal page, so our general advice is to fully deflate foil balloons, cut them up and place them in household rubbish so they don’t become a hazard to wildlife; please do not release balloons outdoors.
