Really loved the shiny but matte finish these had. Amazing shape as well and colour!
The shaped balloons were great - easy to pump up with air. We put double-sided tape on the back and attached them to the windows overlooking the birthday table. My 3 year old grandson was most impressed!
They were great just what I wanted for my birthday thank you
