We have 34" / 86, and 40" (100cm ) foil number balloons. These are helium quality. We also have 16" (40cm) this is air filled quality.
Yes! Our number balloons can be filled with either helium or air. The 34" and 40" sizes are suitable for helium if you want them to float. All balloons are shipped flat and can be easily inflated at home or attached to walls, arches, and garlands.
